My journey in the business world began at the family dinner table. Growing up in an entrepreneurial household, I learned the ropes of entrepreneurship early on. From spirited discussions to hands-on experiences, those formative years laid the foundation for my approach to business.

My business philosophy is straightforward: every deal should benefit everyone involved. I’m a fervent believer in fairness, transparency, and open communication. What truly sets me apart is my commitment to two core principles:

I believe composure to be my secret weapon. It’s the calm in the storm, allowing me to approach every situation with a level head. Even in the heat of the moment, I maintain clarity and empathy. With Workhub, I aim to collaborate with like-minded individuals and provide services that genuinely make a difference. My goal is to support local and international businesses in their growth journey, advancing the Irish market.

In my younger days, I dreamt of playing for Leeds United—a dream that lives on in my passion for the team.

I started my career fresh out of Uni in the vibrant world of office fit-outs. I then moved overseas to become the Project Director for a company that built the world’s largest single-use industrial units. Working abroad wasn’t just a job for me; it was a masterclass in understanding the importance of delivering a quality service every time.

Returning to the UK, I ventured into the avant-garde realm of Dark Kitchens – a concept I had planned to bring to Ireland but instead was persuaded to work alongside Alex in Workhub.

Early on in my career, I learned the value of a good day’s work and I bring this, together with my commitment of delivering outstanding customer service, to Workhub. In the office they call me the James Bond of business – international, sophisticated, and always ready for the next mission!

Now, for the fun bits! Despite my culinary escapades, I firmly believe nothing beats a classic roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings.

In a parallel universe, young Nick dreamed of becoming a professional golfer, and while that dream might have shifted, my love for the game remains unwavering. You can definitely catch me glued to the big screen during the Masters, and you never know, I might even get there one day!

My role is general over-seer of the business. I handle everything from day-to-day management to inventory and reporting, I take care of it all. I’m a customer care dynamo, always on the go, and never take “no” for an answer!

Fun fact about Martina: I’m crazy about cars!

I look after our tenants based in Dublin city together with all the virtual clients with city addresses. My job is to make sure that the daily operations are run smoothly. It’s a busy job and I’m always on the move. I know our clients are looking for excellent service, and I aim to provide that!
