These terms and conditions govern your use of the virtual office, registered address, and related services provided by Ireland Virtual Office, operated by Workhub Group. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The services

We provide a professional Dublin business address, mail receipt and notification, and, depending on the plan you select, mail scanning, mail forwarding, and call handling services. The specific services included are set out in the plan you purchase.

Fees and payment

Plans are billed annually in advance. All prices are quoted excluding VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate where it applies. Postage for mail forwarding and any usage-based charges are billed separately at cost.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the address and services lawfully and not for any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purpose. We may verify your identity and the nature of your business, and we may refuse or terminate service where use breaches these terms or applicable law.

Mail handling

We receive and notify you of post in good faith and handle it with reasonable care. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damage outside our reasonable control, including those caused by postal carriers. Uncollected or unforwarded mail may be returned or disposed of after a reasonable period.

Term and cancellation

Plans run for the period purchased. You may choose not to renew at the end of your term. On termination you must stop using the address for all purposes, including as a registered office, and update your records with the Companies Registration Office and others.

Liability

Our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you have paid in the relevant annual term. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
